had so much fun getting our faces' yearbook version from 1950 to 2000. some are just so downright silly-looking! now i don't have to wonder how i would have looked like in those decades. hahaha!

I've been hearing raves from my friends about this film, especially Mommy Ro who has seen it X times already! Now, this is the only thing I hate being away from home - not getting to see good filipino movies. I really, really want to watch this so much!
And for people like Miguel who thinks watching Tagalog films are baduy - shame on you! You should be proud Filipinos can do good films such as this. Also hearing this beautiful song is another pinoy pride!
In 1969, Aussies John Rendall and Ace Berg bought a cub at Harrods (when it was still legal). They took care of him and played with him for over a year. But when he grew up to be so big, they had no choice but to return him to the wild. After a year, they decided to visit their lion in Kenya. They were warned that he already grew up wild and might not recognize them anymore. The 2 guys took the risk and the video shows their reunion. The lion even introduced these 2 guys to his pride later on and other vids show the whole pride (those completely raised in the wild) playing with John and Ace.
So touching is this vid that you also want to hug the lion. This video disproves all people who tell me that I cannot have a white tiger as a pet! Now I just need to save a lot of money to make and maintain my own tiger sanctuary. ;)
